翻譯成英文：Seller's acceptance of any Purchase Order shall be expressly limited to the terms of the Contract，and Purchaser objects to any contrary term contained in any quotation，order，acknowledgement ,invoice or other document originating with Seller. Any terms and conditions in any Purchase Order，any release order，acknowledgement , invoice or other paper or electronic document , other than the Agreement, issued by either Seller or Purchaser are superseded by these terms and conditions. By shipping goods or performing services after receipt of a Purchase Order，Seller shall conclusively be deemed to be bound by these terms and conditions and all other provisions of the Contract.

中文：總采購訂單–如果買方指定采購訂單為總采購訂單，則買方僅對之后另行發出的發貨單中具體的數量負有采購義務。
